We may modify, postpone, discontinue, or decline a service when we reasonably believe that performing the service may be unsafe, inappropriate, outside the practitioner's professional scope, or contrary to professional standards.

6. Professional Conduct

All massage and wellness services are professional and therapeutic.

Sexual comments, sexual requests, harassment, threatening conduct, inappropriate exposure, abusive language, or other inappropriate behavior are prohibited.

7. Mobile and In-Home Appointments

When services are provided at a client's home, workplace, hotel, or another location, the client agrees to provide:

• Accurate parking and entry instructions.

• An environment free from threats, harassment, illegal activity, uncontrolled animals, or other hazards.

Additional travel or mobile-service charges may apply when disclosed during booking.
